Having a cellphone is a big help to other people caused of easy communication using text, calls, and chats. But there are still people who are having a grievance to the TeleCommunications company cause of unexplainable reason just like quick expiration and having a recyclable cellphone number.

                Globe Telecom responded in the issue that there is an already a possibility that someone can recycle or reuse the cellphone number. In that case, Rep. Alfred Vargas implement the
“Lifetime Cellphone Number Act.”, were the main purpose is to keep the cellphone number protected at any times.

The Telecommunication has a point of implementing the Act. but someone is still complaining if there will be a side effect.

According to Sen. Panfilo Lacson, Interconnection Charges should be remove to avoid expenses if the Act. is implemented. Engr. Edgard Caballos of National Telecom Commission said that there will be no problem in implementing the Lifetime Cellphone Number Act.

According to Ted Failon, the 4-digit number in the cellphone number was called Prefix number. Prefix number is use to identify the number if it was belong to a specific TelCo.

Almost all in the telecommunication supports the Lifetime Cellphone Number Act. especially Smart Telecommunication.
