Garbages are not the only one who can be recycled by someone. Sim Card numbers can be also recycled and be used by someone else.

         

                Kyle Escobar from Makati is complaining about his previous number being used by someone he doesn't know.

         
                “Tinanong ako ng kaklase ko kung yun pa din po yung dati kong number sabi ko hindi na. tinry daw po nila akong i-kontak pero sabi nila parang iba na ang nagamit sabi ko hindi na ako yun.” said Escobar.

         

                 He also said  that his name may be used by the person who got his number or something bad might happen to those persons who will contact his previous number.

         

                 Sim card number recycling is possible according to the Globe Telcom.

         

                 The Lifetime Cellphone Number Act will be the answer to Kye Escobar’s complains. If this act is being approved, There will be no reason for us to change our sim card number.

         

                 “Tingin ko advantage po siya kasi maababawasan na po yung mga pinagmulan ng pag-iinform dun sa mga kakilala nila na may bago na po silang number.” said Leano, another subscriber.

          

                  It is said that if the said Act is being approved, all of the briefing numbers which are the first four-digits in a number which is an identification of a certain network, their values will be gone.
