Social Security System (SSS) simplified the maternity leave to make the access easier and better in accepting and processing with the help of ease and doing Business Ad and the Expanded Maternity Leave Law (EMLL) of the government

           The new service procedures and standards, filled to the provisions of the EMLL are designed to expedite maternity benefit processing. The added guidelines are for claims in delivery, miscarriage, or emergency termination of pregnancy before and after March 11, 2019.

            Female members of SSS who are applying for the maternity benefit claims have options to update. It also benefits to lessen requirements about the delivery of the pregnant is cesarean.

            Discrepancies and Inconsistencies will still be accepted until the identity of the newborn's mother is a member of SSS and working with the application.
